Digital Benchtop Density Meters (DA-650/DA-645/DA-640) Instrument Introduction:

Kyoto Electronics Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (KEM) launched the new generation DA-600 series digital density meters/concentration analyzers in November 2009. These oscillating-type density meters/concentration analyzers can directly measure the density, specific gravity, and concentration of liquids. With stable sample temperature, the measurement time can be as short as approximately 20 seconds, which is about 40% shorter than the previous DA-500 series (approximately 35% shorter when using the viscosity correction function). In addition to petroleum products such as lubricating oil and fuel oil, they are primarily targeted for quality management in pharmaceuticals, food, and beverages.

The DA-600 series digital density meters/concentration analyzers include the DA-650 with a density accuracy of ±0.00002 g/cm³, the DA-645 with an accuracy of ±0.00005 g/cm³, and the DA-640 with an accuracy of ±0.0001 g/cm³. All three models have a measurement range of 0 to 3 g/cm³ and a temperature control range of 0 to 96°C.

By improving the structure of the measurement sensor, the stability of measurement accuracy has been enhanced. The impact of ambient temperature is reduced by half compared to previous models, allowing stable measurements even in environments with significant temperature variations. Additionally, the seamless joint structure ensures uniform sample flow. The built-in sampling pump handles sampling, cleaning, and drying, reducing operational risks and preventing bubble formation during sampling.

Kyoto Electronics Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (KEM) has incorporated a 5.7-inch TFT LCD display and touch screen for improved operability. Equipped with LAN, USB, and RS-232C interfaces, data can be output externally or stored on a USB drive. Password and permission settings are available. The device can save calibration and inspection records, among other data, and includes functions such as notification of inspection dates.
